Transfer Evaluator (2155236) 

The Transfer Evaluator is responsible for the comprehensive evaluation, maintenance, and management of transferred credit for all student populations and from all sources toward certificate or degree completion and visiting students to include a mastery of knowledge in all college credit programs and curriculum. Provides advisement and academic support to students while serving as a resource to the campus community on college and state transfer policies. Ensures accuracy and integrity in the maintenance and interpretation of placement test exemptions. Cook (2154672)

The Cook at the Claggett Center will be part of the culinary team, providing exceptional hospitality and food service to guests. This part-time position reports to the Executive Chef, with variable hours based on guest schedules, including midweek and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of culinary experience, be a self-starter, and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor while working in a faith-based environment. Compensation starts at $16 per hour, with the rate based on experience, and the role requires physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Assistant Counselor (2154860) 

The Claggett Center is looking for an Assistant Counselor that will support the Senior Staff in planning, developing, and implementing camp activities during 1-2 busy sessions, under the supervision of the Camp Director. This role requires cooperation with Senior and Junior Staff, Chaplains, and volunteers to create a fun, safe, and Christian environment for children and youth from 2nd to 12th grade. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, with prior senior staff experience or additional safety training, and must attend training in June. The position offers a base salary of $300 per week, plus room and board, with availability required for select camp weeks in July.

Operations & Program Coordinator (2155246) 

The Operations & Training Coordinator is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of techfrederick’s operations and programs. This position provides essential administrative, membership, financial, and programmatic support, working closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, committees, and community partners. 

While the role is predominately remote, team members are expected to be engaged, responsive, and available to support in-person events. Occasionally, organization-sponsored events and networking require early morning and evening hours. The ideal candidate brings a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to day-to-day operations and is comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Estimator/Project Manager (2152719)

The role involves managing phone calls and emails to coordinate site estimates, developing construction estimates using company software for management approval, and coordinating schedules using Google Suite and other tools. Responsibilities include supervising construction to ensure industry standards, overseeing quality control of subcontractors and staff, and training less experienced team members while managing their schedules and duties. Additionally, the position includes managing the purchasing, maintenance, and inventory of company equipment, as well as the purchasing, delivery, and storage of project materials. Laborer (2154203) 

KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Loading and moving heavy equipment, assistance with set up of equipment and handling of other industrial and laboratory items. 

  • Operating a forklift, trucks 10,000 GVWR, vertical lifts, jib rigs, snow blower, garden tractor, and utility tractor, small hand tools. 

  • Transporting, delivery and set up of equipment & supplies to offsite and onsite facilities.

Master Electrician (with Solar Experience) (2152143) 

Job Summary:  The Master Electrician will lead, direct and coordinate electrical installations at Got Electric’s solar construction/work site(s), ensuring work is performed productively, safely and with the expected quality meeting all NEC requirements.
